IDI (Intelligent Document Imaging) is a trading name of Adroit Limited, a New Zealand company (NZBN 9429037404840) operating from Auckland, New Zealand. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy mean Adroit Limited.

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you voluntarily provide when you submit the contact form: your name, email address, organisation name, and the contents of your message. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools on this site. We do not collect any information passively.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not share it with any third party except as necessary to deliver your message to us (see below).
How your message is delivered to us
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Formspree receives your submission in transit and forwards it to us by email. Formspree's own privacy policy governs their handling of data in transit. We do not authorise Formspree to use your information for any purpose other than delivering your message.
How we store your information
Your message is received by us as an email and retained only for as long as is necessary to respond to and resolve your inquiry. We do not maintain a marketing database or CRM system populated from this website.
Client document handling
This policy covers information collected through this website only. The handling of physical documents and related information provided to us as part of a service engagement is governed by the data processing agreement or service agreement entered into with each client, and by our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020.
